finding new girls is not easy, I find quiet a few but its nothing compared to the ones who do contact me and I never get shoot.

I like to shoot a mixture of well known models and unknowns, and yes producers let down models, models let down producers whether published or not but the chances are far greater with unknowns, they need a kick up the arse before they walk through your studio door, they expect you to chase them, but they have to get themselves to you, you can not do that bit, sorry for the rant, but the reason why there doesn't seem to be many about is because not all of them go through with it and as a producer you have to hope on the day they will show.

I shot 6 new girls this year, but I had 15 wanting to shoot with me and people think I am good at finding new faces and thats why my work stands out, yes I am but when you look at how many I actually get content with it's not so good, there my secret is out.

Then again if I had a pound for every time people asked how I get them, where I found them, I wouldn't have to do this for a living and I'd have nothing original about my work and probably wouldn't be very successful. I have no problem sharing models details I find, if they want more work, but out of the 6 this year only one of them did and she hasn't signed up on here like she said she would. Most of them do the odd one then disappear but then again that's better for my site in the long run having the only videos of them, but it's just they way it works out, the girls I shoot from Durham,Darlington, Hartlepool, newcastle, usher Moor, Gateshead etc all want the money but not the career.

Move up north there are plenty up here, and I have approached girls in the street and given them a card.

Adultwork, X Hamster, Yuvutu are great but we also use the swingers sites as its full of exhibitionists who are waiting to be unleashed onto film, Johns the same as Pauls friend where he would hand cards out to couples/ladies etc...being swingers ourselves its easy to spot naughty people.
As an example we were in Tesco's & i was looking for a bra in a 40g which we found with this couples (who were also shopping for bra's) help who were clearly interested in the size of my boobs, John as always whips out our card & 3 films later we are very good friends with them.
We are usually booked up a month or 2 in advanced with our weekends as anyone on here who knows will tell you.

Looking at Paul's AIR site and Purestorm there appears to have been numerous new models appearing this year many of whom also post on here.
Maybe Paul could say how many?.

In fact I think it has been a vintage year for new models. In fact in the last three months alone we have had Anna Joy, Ash and Nicola87 to name just three I have had the pleasure of photographing.

I know a lot of the girls will not do B/G but notice that they are happy with upto G/G. I don't think you could ask more from girls just starting out.

Also I see that this year a lot of the well known established models have stopped doing B/G for various reasons

I also notice just today that yet another new girl "Ashleigh Van Della" has just posted some pictures on here and yesterday new girl "Charlie" started to post on here

I fully expect once we get into early 2011 and the economic turndown really starts to bite we will see many more as well..
