New girls

What is it with the lack of fresh talent coming into the industry? At the rate were shooting now we will never be going live!

I really thought with the recession and many industrys facing job cuts there would be more and more girls coming through to earn a few bob.

We've practically stopped shooting because of it. Even adultwork has proved useless for finding talent.

Any suggestions as to why this is the case in the uk?

Are you waiting for girls to come to you, or are you going out on the streets, the pubs, the clubs recruiting?

The people who do the latter are still getting girls.

There must be people here you haven't filmed...

I've never tried recruiting in a bar, club etc and probs wouldn't because i'd find it hard to believe that a random girl would find you genuine and not some creep. I've tried stripclubs which on one occassion resulted in me getting erm removed because management thought I was poaching.

I just use the usual air, purestorm, adultwork and even facebook!!

The guy I know does the bar/bus stop/shop thing has a very simple approach.

He walks up to the girl, says "Excuse me, I can't stop, but if you ever fancy modelling, give me a call" and gives her his card and leaves.

He hands out a lot of cards, and gets a few calls. The URL is on his card, so if they call, he knows they are up for talking about adult levels.

The trick is to pick the right girl - pretty but dressed on a budget.

I never seem to find it hard finding new girls, the thing you gotta remember is they are new so that means they may not have a online link to pictures and stats and stuff so the internet is one way but not the best if you are looking for first timers
