Why would they have got in touch with you? It is supposed to be satire - do you expect Alaistair MacGowan or Rory Bremner to get in touch with everyone they do a skit on, for example. I doubt Viz got in touch with Gary Bushell when they did their Bushell the Bear cartoon, and they certainly didn't get in touch with the ugly women from "What Not To Wear" who are now suing them, the humourless tank-faced mingaz. (Of course, Ben Dover might be a registered trademark rather than a name so perhaps you can sue them for defamation like Disney do with Mickey Mouse. It's questionable to what extent the courts will believe a man who runs around with his cock out can be defamed though.)
