i dont normally reply to posts, but i couldnt help but read yours. my husband had a similiar incident 2 years ago, i was with him, and i begged him to intervein, but he didnt want to. eventually he tried to stop the weirdo, who was beating the shit out of this girl, really savage, he then turned on my husband which he expected, but being 6,4 and 18 stone, he could handle himself, the weasel landed a haymaker on the side of my hubbys head, and he didnt even flinch. hubby then knocked him out, few punches but nothing excessive, then the police arrived, arrested him, and the girl who was being beaten, said we did it, and her boyfriend tried to stop my hubby raping her!!!
Raping her!! there were no witnesses, or none that came forward
he was remanded for 48 hours, until security footage showed he was only doing a good deed.
he also had diciplinary at work because of these allegations, and was suspended.
the truma that it caused, and he wot he was subjected to because of the "scum" both him and her. it was life changing
i wish you the best with you case, i really do but do some checking of the aea for cameras to back your case, it was the only thing that saved our case, everyone believes the beaten! they are vermin

My neighbour (as far as I am aware) is still in police custody for beating up his mrs in front of their daughter on Friday night. We had the daughter with us all day Saturday whilst mum tried to sort out with plod what to do with him next !
