Took my 7yo niece and 11yo nephew to lay some flowers outside the Wednesday ground today. I take them to matches now and again and it's important they know what happened 22 years ago.

They still don't believe we were all caged-in in those days!

Moving on might have been easier if the local police, specifically senior officers in charge that day, had not got off without so much as a slapped wrist for what amounted to severe dereliction of duty.

It was a tragedy, nobody can deny it but what exactly are you looking for? Nobody in authority got up that morning and thought "think I'll kill a few innocent football fans today"...
