I found my disc with clip of Sally on HMS Belfast, very likely filmed on same shoot as the tube train scene.
I recall now some years ago there was a series on subscription TV titled Public Places but while (most of?) the content was from the VHS tapes the episode numbers bore no relationship to the VHS tape numbers..., hence very confusing for identification. Someone had recorded the scenes on VHS, later copied to DVD and kindly shared them with me.
Sadly I'm 99% sure I've not got the barge scene but if I ever find it I'll let you know.
