The answer is to remove him and then close membership so that no one can join. It is clearly you know who. It's been fine in between which should prove to anyone who the antagonist was and now this happens. It's difficult to imagine that there are that many potential new members out there who would add anything to the forum so it's not like closing the membership route is a great loss but it's going to save everyone a lot of time.
