Technical query - Ben Dover DVD

I have noticed that Ben Dover DVDs can be either Dutch (on Vidshop's website) or American (VCA?). Is there any difference between the content, i.e. would the american ones be edited differently? Or are some titles going to be American produced, the rest Dutch produced?
