TVX is it the end?

Has anybody heard what's going on at TVX? Rumours are that they sacked all their producers without notice and are never commissioning anything again. They are still broadcasting, but as a TVX member I'd like to know if they are going down the toilet now, rather than when its too late. They seem to have already lost 2 channels, how long before the rest go? I haven't posted on here before and haven't seen any mention of this topic, which seems strange as it would be an important development in the UK adult scene, if its true.

Any information would be appreciated.

No, it is not the end of TVX. I Have worked there for the past year and a half and been a producer there for longer. They have just stopped shooting new content and they have plaenty of new stuff to last a while. It's just a money saving thing like lots of adult companies are having to do in the current climate. Hopefully they will start producing again soon. I'm still finishing off my latest series for them.

Thanks for the reply Liselle. To be honest, no I'm not very "reassured". Do you still work for TVX yourself? Because in your name it says, "AnywhereXXX" so I'm a bit confused! The main thing I want to know is whether the people that make my favourite shows are still going to making more or have they been sacked. Some of my favourites are Freddie's stuff, Pure XXX, kerry Louise, Emma Butt and anything with Lara Latex, so if there is no new stuff being made with these people anymore I'm not really interested in keeping my subscription. Can you let me know please.!happy!

Having worked for adult companies who have 'stopped buying' for a period of time, the vast majority have never started buying again, they just go bust.

Maybe TVX will be different.

The internet and British prude censors will kill the adult packages on SKY. You can watch MMA, gory war reports, embarrasing bottoms, foul language at 901pm but whoa real shagging that'll destroy society!

I don't understand why people still watch TVX, and I certainly don't understand those "phone-in" channels - all they can broadcast is topless/frontal nude girls as long as there is no actual penetration shown on film

bit pointless when most Sky subscribers have Internet access, and are able to either sign up for a porn site, or visit one of the THOUSANDS of free porn sites like YouPorn or something, to watch free hardcore porn which is a lot harder than the TV tease channels like TVX and Babestation

and I'm sorry, but TVX isn't "hardcore", which is why I would never waste my money on a subscription to a softcore TV channel when there's better content available either for less money, or free, on the web

Because not everyone is obsessed with hardcore. Me and my wife like watching "entertainment" and we like the reality, personality shows on TVX. To be honest I'm not sure if we'd watch it at all if it was hardcore, because they wouldn't bother to make entertainment anymore, it would be just fucking, which you can see anywhere and everywhere for free nowadays and most of it is shit anyway!boring!

TVX doing what it's done as put more strain on the industry as even more producers are now trying to copy successful lines making a lot of niches mainstream hence watering down the audiences even more than it is already.

If you are not selling then its the wrong business for you & its time to get out & if you are still around in a couple of years you know you are doing something right...its not rocket science.
