Yeah, I have that addy fella. It's on the website, I didn't come down in the last shower!!!



I've been emailing it for the past 3 weeks. I got a response 10 days ago. Since then I either get the mails back as delays or fails. Or I just get no response.

I've also used the SUPPORT function on the site a few times.

I'm getting p***ed off now to be fair. When the site launched a while back, loads of people stuck the boot in on here saying the site wasn't up to scratch. I experienced a few 'teething problems' with it. i.e. paying for stuff and then not being able to down load it. Or paying for one thing and then when you download it's something else.

This is still happening now months later.

You send email after email and just get ignored! Or the mail gets pinged back to you.

Christian - given Hiwats response I notice you are using Hotmail.

Hiwatt - you might also want to have your people look at the link too.

In general HM should be avoided. I don't let HM people use the AIR contact system, because HM sometimes deliver, and sometimes don't.

I've emailed off Hotmail, from another two accounts run via Thunderbird and using the SUPPORT function.

As my Hotmail account lets any old shite though I don't know if they are using the right address.

When I email BB tho, all I get is a ping back, saying delayed or cancelled.
