Ideal 1st Time Models??

Hello everyone! I'm a 28 year old male from the East Midlands and i've always fancied having a go at working in the adult industry, being an actor in both films and stills and even website work.
I'm finding it real difficult to even get taken on by a Adult Talent agency and it's getting to the point now where im even thinking about paying out my own pocket to try and produce a set of stills etc just to get me started so i have something to produce when approaching producer's and agency's.
A real favourite lady of mine is Tia Layne and hopefully one day i would love to work with her as she is a complete babe!
If i do end up paying out my own pocket to produce some content could anyone suggest some female models that would be willing to work with a new male or even a model who has access to a studio and tog?
