That is not typical and if I read Jims posts correctly below the scene in question was put on for the documentary crew to show a Fuck Truck scene being made and it wont be used in any finished product.

Typical rate for B/G video is ?250 per half day for most girls with some getting slightly more but the most I have seen in the UK is ?350 including anal and dp etc but I have never tried to book any of the big name stars so I am sure some will get more.
