Paul Raymond magazine covers

Post by Wilbert »

You knoe, Escort, Razzle, Mayfair etc. Anyone notice that for the last few years the covergirls are usually completely naked pics but with panties, bras etc apparantly drawn on by some Charlie using a computer? It looks SO cheap and naff.

Better? I dunno, cos I never read the Sport, but it looks bad. The magazines would look so much better if they used 100% real pics of girls actually wearing the clothes. I've always wanted to complain about this since it started a few years ago (must be going on 5 years now they've been doing this). I hope someone from PRP reads this. The magazine covers from 7 or 8 years ago looked so much better.

They do the computer editing thing with most magazine photos. If you look closely at the latest copy of Senior Chat magazine - the one with Thora Hird on the cover - you will notice that Thora's dress has been added by digital manipulation to disguise the fact that she turned up for the shoot completely starkers. I'm telling you it's true. Bloke in the pub told me.

I might order some of those. Did you say 82 to 89 was the best years? I've only been buying since 94.
