Due to several complaints at The Apartment Studio, noise must be kept at a minimum. This property is also a residential block, with 7 other residents living in the building.

Looks a great venue.
Love the way they have keep the Church windows.
Is the new place as large has The Apartment Studio?.

The living area isn't as big as The Apartment Studio, but the other rooms are the same, if not a little bigger, re: the main bedroom.
