Im 28 years old from london have been a model in the past now im a professional photographer and looking to start making adult films.

I am starting up a adult porn company and looking for females to form a tight friendly group to make films with and sell across to european countries.

this sounds od...your setting up your own company and also looking to get work as a preformer? Surely if your setting up your company up you would have no problems shooting yourself? After all it will be like taking a duck to the slaughter ...ooops water i meant.
