Over the last few months I've been working on a groovy new video download site that I?m pleased to announce is now open for business. It features classic British model movies and photos that were shot by VideoAngels during the course of the 1990?s. There?s already a good selection of content online (over a hundred separate clips, including solo, G/G and B/G) available, and many more that will be added over the coming weeks, months, and years - yes, we have that much content. This is a fairly unique site in that there aren?t that many others offering a similarly comprehensive selection of classic (1990?s) British glamour model movies.

Pretty much all the popular models of the 1990?s will be represented, either in downloadable movie clips and or photosets, sometimes in multiple instances. Expect to see a range of girls from premier league models like Vida Garmen, Louise Hodges, Claudia Casali, Teresa May, Samantha-Jane, down to ordinary amateur birds from ?next door? (but not tattooed 'chav birds' - they're a 21st century phenomenon).

Culturally, the 1990?s were a transitional decade and it?s interesting (or maybe depressing) to see how it started off and how it ended up. In the early 90?s we had traditional glamour girls ? sweet, feminine, alluring, well turned out girls wearing sophisticated sexy clobber and lingerie. Girls with ample feminine curves much in evidence. We then progress through the 90?s, ending up in 2001 on the cusp of today?s more blokeish, masculine, ?chav bird?. Androgynous looking birds that may never have worn stockings, suspenders or lipstick in their lives ? instead preferring to wear t-shits and jeans, drink from pint glasses and use bad language in the casual manner that used to be reserved for blokes. But whatever your tastes in women the VideoAngels collection is a fascinating time-lapse shoot of the 1990?s. We?ve got something for everyone. So, if you?re into Brit birds, why not come and have a gander? You know it makes sense.

Nici Sterling vids on the site? At the moment, none. I believe we only have a couple of Nici Sterling vids in the archives, because as soon as she got a taste for modelling (at the VA studio in the early 90's) she and her hubby, Chris, decided to make the move to LA. But the ones we do have are not yet available on the download site (VideoAngels.tv). However, one of them is available here -



The Niki and Chris movie is interesting in that it was their first ever performance on commercial video and took place just a few weeks after Chris had brought his very shy, very sweet, and very attractive young wife round to the studio to let her try her hand at being a glamour model (those were the days when an essential prerequisite for being a glamour model was that you were, er, glamourous). These are my favourite Nici videos, shot when she was a beautiful, wholesome, young Brit lady with oodles of class - much more agreeable than the 'porn-star' pretence and plastic titted 'nasty girl' bollocks of the LA porn scene.

Yes, it does the same for me, too. I believe it's due to a combination of factors - like network latency and sharing a server with a number of other sites. Until we can set up a mirror site closer to home (the UK) or be able to afford a content delivery network, the answer is to right click on the file link and chose 'Save as'. Then if the download times out you can simply reinitiate it from where it left off. It'll get there in the end. Maybe this might help

This is not an uncommon issue; I have experienced it myself while doing research into other download sites - some of them huge sites with thousands of members. It's a niggle I know, but VA TV is a start-up site, it's only really been open a few weeks. Issues like this will crop up and be ironed out over the course of time.
