Are anyone else getting their goods through now? Vidshop finally sent me my long awaited 'Gang Bang Angels #3' today with the wonderful Sabrina Johnson in it.
I think it's safe to say they do deliver, just not when they say they're going to.

I am still waiting for my dvd(down the hatch) which i have been waiting for 6 WEEKS NOW!!
recieved an email from vidshop stating that i should recieve it in 7 days..still nothing..cheque has been cashed and now i've given up waiting...
role on your choice!!!

How come you never ever do anything but post here, I have sent you enough e-mails to respond to , here is the last one.
I wonder about why you keep doing this when people can see I am trying to contact you, I have to start to question why you seem more happy complaining than replying to me with your details so I can send you the DVD.

Why is Dave in the wrong? He has tried to email, but his numerous emails have been ignored (or lost). Thats not his fault. He is not responsible for what happens to his email after he presses the 'send' button, if he genuinely believes that his email is getting to the right person.

I don't think my response is aggressive, I just don't understand why he would not e-mail me to get it resolved, look back on the threads I think this is the 3rd time I have posted on here to him in addition to e-mailing him, I can't e-mail you because you don't put up a valid e-mail address, but if you are waiting for goods, you also can contact me. It is not a question of who is in the wrong simply what else can I do to get him his order if I don't know who he is and he does not reply to me but continues to complain on here.You say "why not just get it sorted out"? that is exactly what I am trying to do.

Its true that you emailed me Dave, to which i did reply with my details, but the amount of times i have emailed Vidshop and not had a reply, i hope you can understand my feelings when i did not have a reply from you.How do i know that you did not recieve the email(for all i know its the same as before, email but not get a reply). also when i have spent money on a certain product and it has not been delivered i have to say that i am concerned about it.
The reason i am angry is because this is not the first time Vidshop have made a mistake on my order!!

I have never made a purchase with vid shop so far due to all the bad publicity here.

I have to say that after initially receiving all my orders well within 14 days of placing the order, I am still awaiting some videos that I order in November 20th 2000. After mailing all the address on the UK site and getting no response I eventually mailed the site in Holland and got a response from some in Holland who forwarded my mail to the UK site but despite numerous chaser mails to the UK site, I have had to go through Rob in Holland everytime to get a response.
I have now been contacted by someone at UK site on the 20/4 who stated that the order had been sent out twice before but arranged to have it sent by Parcel Force so they were signed for to guarentee delivery and delivery would be by the end of last week at the last. I have still not received the goods and my chaser mail has also been greeted with the "7 day response".
I'm now beyond caring why it has taken 6 months for this order to arrive and am in a way happy that I may actually receive the videos I had given up hope of ever seeing. As I started the mail, I used to be a regular and happy customer of Vidshop and they have obviously had some technical problems that have tarnished their image but they seem to be trying to resolve the issues. I would like to think that I will purchase from the Vidshop site again as they have a good selection but I will wait until I first receive my original order and see some further evidence of improvement to guarentee a timely delivery.
Dave - You appear to be affliated to Vidshop in some way. Do you have any comments to make on this mail and the circumstances surrounding it? I reiterate, I am not deliberately knocking your company and would welcome a return to form for Vidshop as a wide choice of suppliers is obviously good for us buyers.
