Studio setup

Hello all hope you're well. I'll keep it brief, I'm soon (months) to be in with a small fortune which is going towards an old photographic studio in southern Devon. Basically i'm unsure what to do with it which dosen't really help. My options that i have come up with so far are 1. Art classes in association with a local college and/or community group. OR!! bit out there for me but I have always been interested in erotic art and like any other red blooded male likes porn (yey) forms of art i'm intrested in pencil sketch, 3D graphical modeling, abstract and full oil portrait. I really would like to get involved with some of the top British male & female performers to help with my reputation. If all goes to plan this project could be up and running by summer 07 possibly earlier. No promises yet as contracts, estate agents & planning permision is yet to be finalised. But if i could have some feedback or ideas on this topic please it would be a fantastic help. If you want details on me im happy to dish the dirt lol

Hello mate thanks for the reply nice to see some intrest. Like I say still lots of legal at this moment but definatly intrested. Not to be rude mate but I don't really know a massive amount about the industry and have no real links so the more the better if you good also give us a brief on what your limits are i.e. penatrative sex, oral or solo? Just so i get an understanding of what you and others would be happy with.
