The interesting bit is...
(a) to a person who, in the course of a business, makes video works or supplies video recordings, and
(b) with a view to its eventual supply in sex shops, being sex shops for which licences are in force under the relevant enactment,
is an exempted supply.

', in the course of a business, makes video works or supplies video recordings', does that mean video makers can have and supply R18 works (how do you become a video maker? just exclaim ' I am a video maker' therefore I can supply R18 vids?

I believe anyone who claims to be trade is exempt so tell me you are a reviewer or a shop distributer etc etc etc. and I will supply you at trade prices with an invoice for you to keep or bin.
