Depends what you want doing. Something fully featured like RelishXXX.com would set you back several grand with some sort of content share. Something a lot smaller, or a rebranded white-label version of one of my paysites, like ondemandporno.com / ondemandboys.com (Straight/Gay examples) can be done for well under a grand, and we can take care of payment processing and video conversion. Sites that genuinely only take 2 or 3 days to put up only cost a few hundred pounds. It really does depend on what you're after. All projects get a full Gantt chart, so you can see exactly what is going to happen and by when from the outset.
