Tequila, as good an idea as this may seem. I don't think this is the place to do it in front of fans. This could easily turn into a civil war amongst the perfoming communit and inspire nothing but panic.

Lets face it, theres no point doing this because if there are any culprits, they will not respond. If you really want to do something like this, then perhaps you should start off a Yahoo group for performers where you can do this amongst yourselves out of view of "civilians" here.

Just a suggestion girl

Well spoken Mr One eyed Jack, as this is a fan based site, other matters can be dealt with direct on the phone. We all know who we have worked with and can be in contact with them.

Wrong way to do this...

Tequilla - YOUR log book needs be nothign more than a cheap diary or a cheap notebook detailing who you've worked with... you can carry this round with you - show it to producers/performers before you work with them - or pass them detaisl over the phone/by email when arranging work...

"since my last test I have worked with; x, y, z, a, b, c, d, and e...."

It need NOT be a public database - just a personal record kept by the individual that can be shown when necessary... AND - heaven forvid it happening - BUT... if your next test shows an infection - you have a record of all the people you really should contact and inform of the result - and if one or two starting showing an infection and there is a common name in that list and the dates sort of "match up" - well... it might be a step towards identifying the original source - hence this log book perhaps being an incentive to people to start "behaving" responsibly!

But a public database is NOT necessary or even a good idea!

I agreed that keeping a record of who people have worked with is a good idea, any log would have to be expanded to included all sexual activity under taken.

This would include sex with partner(s), amateur shoots, casual flings & one night stands, escorting and parties attended.

During the American shut down, a number of people were attacked on this board for working with untested amateurs by others who were actively organising & partaking in untested amateur shoots of the similar levels. The log book could led to similar attacks as all entries would be voluntary. It may ultimately result in double standards and hypocracy.

One solution I prefer with shoots is always to use a condom for full penetration. Any who thinks condom sex is unattractive, just take a look at Shaft or Anjali's recent sets, very sexy indeed.

Harry.

Amateur male - professional in outlook : met the likes of Carmen Moore, Stella Cox, Renee Richards, Tamara Grace, Tiffany Kingston, Loz Lorrimar - all of film :)

Hi Guys

If this is something you want to do or need to do start a web-site as it can lead to a civil war as Terry said with big splits amongst the industry & is something the fans don't have to know.
Try www.moonfruit.com as you can make a site for free etc.

Voluntary, self-policing and possibly flawed...

... but it's just another tool. Yes - it does rely on the honesty and the intergrity of the individual to be honest and to complete their "log book" in full... I'm sure there are some - maybe even many, who will not adhere tot he theory and good practice, but in time - this would become obvious and I am sure that the reputable producers and eprformers would take the necessary action - i.e. they wouldn't get work.

The Log book doesn't have to be formal, it doesn't even have to be obligatory - I think it's just good and sensible practice and a worthwhile effort.
