Searching for an old movie...

Hi, I saw that movie in the 80s into a theater. It was in German language but it may be a French film (or German).
Starring a blonde milf named Olga in the movie. I remember a scene where she went to buy wine from an old tavern...ending naked on a table with many men around her. Another scene: She is watching a national celebration from a window - girls walking with mini skirts - and a man comes besides her and make love to her.

Any old collector here who can help? Thanx in advance.

Updated - The name in the movie is HELGA (not Olga)....
