Not off the bat, but the hairstyle, setting, props, pose, photo composition would suggest something out of Suze Randall of late 1980's-early 1990's. Bu then again I could be off my mark completely.

Ok, so I guess she's in (or, at least on the cover of) a german movie called "Fit f?r Super Sex", and the company that put it out is called Beate Uhse. Here are the covers:
