I have no proof as I've not seen either film, but after looking at the actress pictures for the film "Les Femmes preferent les grosses" here on EGAFD, I'm pretty certain that this Mike Hunter DVD "Black Hammer ? Der Mit Dem Schwanz Tanzt" may be the same film ?
