Can't Identify this film or the actors...Help

I am dying to find out what this film is. My usual tactic is to find the actors/actresses and search their movies. But I can't figure out a single person from this flick. It seems quite nicely done. It's in German, I think, or it's Dutch. I can't tell. The actresses look all really really young. Take a look and see if you can identify anyone in this flick. The synopsis of the flick is these guys live in this house. An old VW Thing pulls up with the top off, full of 6 teenies. They ask the guys in the old house if they can pitch a tent. One goes in for water and, you know the rest. The guy in the first picture is seen in a red robe praying on occasion. I only have pieces of this flick, no title or production information. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. I think it is from 2002.

Wow, you guys are amazing. I was getting closer when I guessed that was Meridian from another video. She sure matured. Wow. Thanks a bunch everyone. Now to see if I can find the video for purchase somewhere.

You guys found it, that's amazing. Truly amazing. And your right, it is a Citroen, didn't look too much like a VW Thing, but the resemblance is uncanny except the size. Thanks a bunch everyone.
