Joe D'Amato new films after death

D'Amato died a few years ago but every few months new films appear with him named as director. Are these films never released in the USA and made by him while alive or is someone using his name to sell films?

I don't know if Hitman's post is an answer to my question. In case, I merely point out the fact that what imdb is giving are simply titles: if they correspond to actual films or they are taken from secondary sources and correspond to re-releases or other people's movies I'm not able to tell for many of them. And the titles missing in the list itself are dozens.
