identification of french 80's film

Hi all.
When I was younger (about 1983) I saw in Paris (in "cinevog Saint Lazare" cinema) a french movie (dont now if it was realese in VHs after, but this is what I am looking for to buy it!!).
The tittle was about "petits trous vierges ? explorer" (probably have changed many times after, as usual...).
I remember many imortant details such as :
1) the films begins with a summer wide angle view of a seaside resort in Normandy (really looks like Deauville), then the camera enters a house with a slim brown haired (looks a little latina) alone girl inside (her actress "name" sounded a bit like approximately "Veronique Cantazarro?") : she is dressed in a WHITE sexy ballerin-swimmsuit-sportswear and doing sexy stretching legs exercises.Then she is joined by another girl and they have sex with fingers insertions, still wearing her white dress (very exciting shot of fingers inserted in the cunt close to the white dress).
Many shoots afters, close to the end of the film , an actor says to a hot long haired tall brunette layed on a sofa with another girl :" je vais mettre ma main dans ton vagin" ; in fact it is a half fisting, he cannot enter his whole hand inside (the 80's in France introduced the beginning of fisting in porno productions and this was quite rare).
That's all I remember, I guess that "Jeremy Silver" is in fact one more alias for John Love/Alain Payet...

Don't know this film, but Veronique Catanzaro also appeared in a number of softporn films, e.g. she was the lead in "Dressage".
