RIP Jack Bruce

A genuine legend. Brilliant bassist, writer, singer. Cream were the first true "supergroup" and massively influential. Also loved his stuff with Robin Trower.

Makes me feel even older. 2 of the greatest bassists from my youth, Glenn Cornick and now Jack Bruce dead. Jack was a much underrated song writer, his Songs for a Tailor album is one of my favourites. RIP.

Sad loss. I loved Cream's stuff. Improvisational rock at its best.

Serious musicianship. My colleague's husband was at the gig and is in deep mourning.
