Nigel Farage

Post by David Johnson »

Apparently UKIP are doing really well in the local council elections. Have to augh whenever Nige goes on about the political establishment in the UK attacking him and UKIP and how UKIP are a "sea change" in British politics. They are allegedly the new politics. At least the newest politics since Nick Clegg in May 2010 and we have all seen the disaster that he is.

It would be difficult to imagine anyone who is more of a typical member of the political establishment than Nige.

1. Son of a stockbroker.
2. Private school education.
3. Worked as a commodity trader
4. Became a member of the European parliament (something he completely despises but the money is really good) when he couldn't win a UK parliamentary election.
5. Boasted about the fact over ten years as a Member of the European Parliament he received ?2 million of taxpayers' money in staff, travel, and other expenses on top of his ?64,000 a year salary. Imagine the reaction if he had been a Westminster MP and boasted about how much he had screwed in expenses?

So if you want yet another public school boy educated politician with a silver spoon upbringing with an eye for ripping off the taxpayer, step forward Nigel Paul Farage, this year's Nick Clegg.

Im quite looking forward to the general election to see the UKIP bigots crying after they don't win a single seat. Not sure why the media are letting them get away with the easy ride they are getting, they are a an assortment of bigots, racists, golf club bores and losers.

And let's not forget that ex-commodity trader and investment banker, Nige wants to substantially increase the austerity in the UK.

Yes that's right, increase hugely the austerity which Osborne has implemented and resulted in the debt up, the deficit up, unemployment up, growth flatlining and credit ratings down.

And surprise, surprise, City Boy Nige wants to slash public services. A City Boy who wants to slash public services and lower taxation for the well-off. He really is so, so different from the political establishment isn't he?

Not!

I believe his too keen on all this workers rights malarkey either.

Anyway I'll give UKIP the thumbs up as now it hopefully splits the Tory vote into 2 camps..scum or scum plus.

Yeah, I heard one of the main UKIP speakers stating that no-one in their right mind would employ a woman of child bearing age due to the draconian employment laws in this country. UKIP would be in favour of their repeal.

I think he was referring to maternity leave.....

Mr Farage and UKIP's main appeal is an alternative to the main political parties. The SDP started off well too but faded when it came to the general election.

The harder you cum. The more you enjoy it.

The Tea-Party in the USA "was cut from the same cloth". With high profile advocates like Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich and Michelle Bachman. When it came to last Novembers Presidential election they sank the Republicans, that party is almost unelectable as it exists at the moment; radical libertarian groups splintered from main stream parties just weaken things, never seemingly strengthen them. Thus I predict will the UKIP will do the same, and that leaves the field wide open for another Labour Party landslide.

Why do we voters never get what we deserve?

More complete gibberish from you. Which poster on this forum has argued that Labour will solve all the problems or even most of them?

I've argued that a Labour government would do better than the coalition have done over the last 3 years. That isn't saying much in terms of expectations, is it? A bunch of lobotomised monkeys could do better.
