I saw this article describing how Labour MP Eric Joyce ran amok in the House of Commons attacking anyone in his path:



However what really caught my attention in another article was the huge amount of expenses this sod has claimed in the past. If he'd had any sense, he should have kept his head down!

In the Telegraph report..........

"In 2009, it emerged he (Eric joyce) was Britain's most expensive member of Parliament after claiming ?187,334 in expenses in 2007/08.
Last year, he became the first MP to claim more than ?200,000 in expenses in one year."

That's over ?3800 A WEEK!!shocked!

Although I can't see why the sheisters above "Fiddled" their expenses, when it would appear that Eric Joyce has been screwing the system quite, "Legally" for years. A friend of mine was a senior Law Officer for a District Council and he saw many many aspiring local and national politicians as a returning officer. All join the Council of Parliament full of good intentions and wanting to change the face of politics. Within 6-12 months thay are ALL as bent as those already there. Their principals are thrown out of the window as soon as they shown how to fiddle expenses. Bastards all.

Its the same old story they hear what it is like dont believe it and then they get wind - so they become a politician and then they milk the system for what it is worth.....

If I put in as much as ?5 they want reciepts and all - so do that for them and have strict guidelines on what is claimable. Get it tied down and managed - oh fuck me managed ? thats an alien word to the government.

Did you forget by any chance to mention from said article that the average claimed by all MPs in that very same year when Joyce claimed ?180K was over ?140K or did you decide not to mention it in order to avoid spoiling a good "outraged of Cheam" type post?

Certain amount of snuffling in the trough going on from all sides I would have thought, eh?
