It's not being blocked by your PC, it's being blocked by the browser you're using. Internet Explorer?

As already mentioned it's not an issue with your PC at all, it's with your browser. You shouldn't have to reboot your PC, just rebooting internet explorer should fix the problem.

PC's are great, however IE 9 is total bollox!!!

Dump IE, use Chrome or Firefox, security is crap in IE.

I use firefox as a lot of websites dont support IE9 as they arent coded for it.

Use firefox or chrome
