Car Tracker

Does anyone know a good car tracker?,I want to keep an eye on where a few of my staff van drivers are during the day[they seem to be hitting unbelievable traffic on a daily basis]

These people do excellent,small,power efficient GPS:

A company I own has some still working perfectly,for more than 6 years.

All the staff know that they are being tracked,whenever they are in a company vehicle.This is noted in their employment contracts.
