Gary Moore RIP
Gary Moore RIP
I'm reading that Gary Moore has died. I would think there will be some fans on the board. I only remember Lizzy and Parisian Walkways but I know he's a respected player.
Re: Gary Moore RIP
Sad news, and rather uncannily 25 years almost to the day that Phil Lynott died.
Re: Gary Moore RIP
Absolutely devastated.
His playing is one of the reasons I decided to pick up the guitar. I've followed him since the Lizzy days, and saw him many times. As a Rock player he was superb, but finally found his niche when he went back to the blues he adored.
Got my Les Pauls beside me right now, and they're crying out to be played... this ones's for you Gary.

In shock, a great player and able to cross genres with ease. I will now break out a couple of Lizzy albums and remember his awesome playing.
Re: Gary Moore RIP
awesome guitar player listening to Wild Frontier and raising a beer. RIP Gary

R.I.P. Gary.
Another legend gone. Gary was not in the best incarnation of Lizzy! But was an absolute mighty player. Will be sorely missed. But not forgotten.
