tech advice re moblie phone video

Thought someone might be able to help on this...

Basically i've got some mobile phone video that's "upside down", doesn't matter on the phone as the picture shifts to be the right way up whatever way you're holding it. But playing it on Real Player or GOM etc the footage IS upside down and I can't figure out how to replay it the right way up.

Any tech-heads got an answer......jerking off standing on your head is no easy task!!!!
