Do you agree that the whole of the BBC's approach to coverage is stale, dull and totally without any intelligent thought whatsoever?
Lineker - inane, hates everyone but England and hasn't got an original thought in his head!
Hansen et al- just blur into a mass of cliche-driven crud, "pass and move", "pace, passion,.." yawn
Motson- totally fed up with the surprised and slightly shocked observer-style of overdone commentary- "who would have thought it?...The Italians have never been beaten on 29th May since 1498"...
Aaaaaarrrghh- it's all the more annoying since the football has been amazing!
Give me Tyldesley any day!!

Re: BBC football commentary
Yes have to agree, Motty is geting very irritating now with his useless bits of information.
I'm expecting Mark Lawrenson to tell him to shut up one of these days.

lineker shearer and hanson are really experts in the bleeding obvious, but i always look forward to what martin O'Neil has to say.... but then again he is the only one there who knows anything about tactics.
Re: BBC football commentary
Funnily enough I am actually waiting on Motty telling Lawrenson to shut the fuck up ... and the thing is that court jester Ian Wright left this great professional team to go and present Gladiators (where he plays the part of an annoying court fucking jester). Hmmm methinks Sky actually just offered you more money Mr. Wright ya lying wee cuntus maximus!thumbsdown!
PEOPLE think Stephen Hawking is so clever, but when you ask him a question and he is typing in the answer on his little screen, how do we know he isn't just looking up the answer on the Internet?

And I don't know why Motson kept pronouncing Xabi as 'Xaarbi', and also kept pronouncing the 'll's' in Villa.
It's not like these players are new to him!

Well, for the Spain-Italy game he told the opposite, i.e. that it was getting better (in extra time) - but was proved wrong.

Not Tyldesley please!! Him and that other tosser are like a couple of lecherous old queens slobbering over Man Utd players on ITV! It was funny he soon went quiet when Germany went 3-1 up against Portugal. Wonder why? Probably made a mess in his pants knockin one out over Ronaldo once too many times.
Re: BBC football commentary
Can't stand Clive T. The Beeb have a number of very good, non-intrusive, commentators. Sadly, the powers that be seem to treat the dottled Motty as a sacred cow. But he was always a clown.

Clive (I can outanarak/outpun Motty) Tyldesley and David (rentboy) Pleat hardly a match made in Heaven for ITV I would say ... has anybody noticed that when Pleat goes off on one of his long arsed waffles Tyldesley interrupts him just as he is getting to the punchline.!laugh!
