It struck me as lots of men who hate women and women who hate men coming together in a catylyst of abuse. the scene at the end with Lee-ann drinking coffe and Dick smoking a cigar was quite poignant, and it was obviously made to put across the point as shockingly as possible.

But she had a good thing to say about Ben Dover, and I reckon there's a difference between the industry of abusive films, and Ben's type of fun movies. I wouldn't want to see someone in pain or tears, and would be concerned about someone who did.

But if the likes of Max Hardcore do so well, what does that say about the porn buying public...?

dick nasty comes out badly in every single thing i've ever seen him in. he possess all the sexual allure of a dead mullet and probably smells a lot worse, too boot!

we all have to make a living if we can but we don't have to be arseholes in the way we go about it. it was interesting that lee-ane was quick to defend ben dover, when max hardcore started whispering to her what a nasty individual ban was. layla~jade has made similar positive comments about bd herself.

you don't have to be a scum sucking pig and treat women like cattle, just because you're in a position to. i'd be very surprised if any female performers had much bad to say about ben, because he obviously likes women. that's also why he's his tapes are so enjoyable - because people have a fucking good time in them!!

It occurred to me to wonder if Dick Nasty took Leeanne to see Max Hardcore as revenge because she turned him down personally (dialogue in back of car when she tells him to keep his hands off her).

Max Hardcore came across as a hypocrite as well as everything else as he first of all refuses to discuss what is going to happen with the models then he abuses Leeanne for walking off the set without talking about it.

Dick Nasty rips off the porn buying public by repackaging near identical scenes in videos of different title - as is pointed out elsewhere on this site. The scenes are mostly boring too. the only enjoyable ones being where Ben Dover is behind the camera and you get a bit of life into the dialogue, e.g. Laura Singer's public blowjob in the snow in New Places New Faces 2. (This is one of the examples I was thinking of of Ben's memory lapses on his forum where he told someone that Holly was a one-off.)

Hardcore by Stephen Walker

This is a classic documentary and should be studied by all Media study students.

The 3 Rules of documentary:
1. NEVER appear in a documentary
2. Documentaries are mainly about the documentary film maker and not the supposed subject(s)
3. No matter how they try to untwist things, they will twist things.

Kahn Tusion had the right idea (that lisping american who was doing the 'Rough sex' video ), he appeared as only a pair of trainers(sneakers). He was quite explicit about what he was doing (telling the girls about spanking, verbal degradation and asphyxiation). Stephen Walker was not. Stephen has no sense of humour. Maybe he lost it in all in the planned degradation he saw.

Was this about hardcore or was this about the views of Stephen Walker? He tries to stop the subject ('she looked like she was going strange') doing a scene. Objective recording of reality? I don't think so. He became part of the story. It was a story , it had a beginning a middle and an end (Felecity now works in a wine bar -- how many drunks does she work with now?)

I don't understand about the Max Hardcore scene. Was he being filmed putting his penis down lea's throat (and gagging her). Why can't she take him to court for abuse? It was being filmed wasn't it?

The channel 4 documentary was prefaced by hype. 'This is explicit'. Visually it wasn't -of course this is terrestrial tv, no penetration was shown- even the spanking scene between Layla and Felecity was obscured by a wooden rail. The sounds were quite clear - that pissing into a metal(?) bucket?

Felecity nearly revealed her name in the scene where she read a letter from her estranged father.

This documentary had a lot of ill-communication. Richard was there to make a profit (yes I hate people who make 10% for doing fuck all as well). At least he had the good sense to turn off the cameras when he became angry.

It was interesting that when Max H first appeared he seemed to be doing a good job of seducing Felicity, and she seemed to be enjoying it. That scene was quite erotic. I wish we could have seen footage from the other camera.

Then he blew it.

Conclusions: There are some very sleazy people in this business; "Felicity" was rather naive; Richard had done all this before and knew exactly how to get the girl to go beyond her limits; "Felicity" is in porn for the wrong reasons: contrast her approach with that of Layla who presumably went through the same kind of baptism but emerged in control.
