Top Gear

Post by laralatex »

No i'm not talking about drugs! The programme is back! I can't wait, til tongiht , it's just toooooo long. I love the Great J.C (no not Jesus Christ but in my eyes he is)

Even if you don't like him, this programme is so well shot, has the best cars (unlike 5th gear), is well edited and informative.

Does anyone else like the show.

No doubt this thread will get hijacked by the anti Jeremy Clarkson fans. If anything I hate Hammond.

Not a fan of Top Gear, but I've found myself mostly nodding in agreement when Clarkson has appeared in Grumpy Old Men. He presented a wonderful programme last year about VC winners.

Yes he's pretty fanatical about what other people have done for our country like Isambard Kingdom Brunel

Love the show can't wait for the new series. For me though James May is the star.

I must be the only person in the country who hates this xenophobic, little Englander, Levi 501-wearing, permed, Daily Mail spouting, Tory voting, smug twat with his shit clothes and Dad's music. His acolytes, James and Richard are such J.C wannabees, it's truly painful.

Top Gear is great and I can't wait to see what the challenges are this year.

How can you possible consider mere humans as the stars of the show when there is.....The Stig

The Stig gave me the finger last time I cross his path :(

It is said that both love and truth walk hand in hand. But if the need is great enough, can we learn to love a lie?

I enjoy TG as a general entertainment show that happens to be based around cars... however if I want to see proper road tests about cars Fifth Gear is a much better programme.

As for Clarkson... bristolian got it spot on. Typical Yorkshireman!
