Max Hardcore

Max Hardcore has been indited on several charges of obscenity in the USA.
I know many of you will say good job but consider that Max has been charged with committing extreme violence against women. This rings a bell that is analogous with the "dangerous pictures act" in the UK.

Consider the facts : Max does make kinky porn as opposed to straight but it is obvious to anyone who has seen his work that everything that happens in his films is acted by girls who know full well what Max wants before they take the job. They are consenting adults who are making films for the entertainment of other adults. They are payed handsomely for their acting work, Max is a gentleman off set, they suffer no lasting harm and some girls even like the rough sex which is a hallmark of Max Hardcore's
work.

In the past there have been hostile comments about Max and it is obvious to me that the FBI and other censorship agencies are out to get Max. Beware censorship of consensual acts by adults for adults in America and the UK. Freedom of Expression is in danger.

It may have been done before, and the ramifications are serious but, and a big but, I don't like max Hardcore and everything that he stands for. It's twats like him that's ruining the porn industry, it doesn't matter if the girls are willing to do that sort of thing, it's still deeply creepy and tars everyone else in the porn industry with the same brush.
I bet the people that get off on that sort of shit never show it to their girlfriends/ wives, if they have one, and if they do; I bet they soon won't.
My other half and myself watched a documentary about M. Hardcore on channel 4, she thought he was a disgusting individual.

Care to elobarate (shite spelling,sorry) on the docu being faked. Not sure if it was the one I remember seeing. The one I remember had some lass who had done some Ben Dover films and was trying to break into the American market. If memory serves it also featured Dick Nasty acting as her "agent"

Is this the one? Just really curious about what was faked about it?

Obscenity is not protected free speech; Roth v U.S..( I have personally always quibbled w/ this approach as it makes the right of free speech dependent on the content, thus effectively making the right a conceptual nullity).Unlike the U. K., in the United Sates there is no rule of desuetude in criminal law; a law is valid until repealed or declared unconstitutional (as in the case of certain states' anti-miscegenation statutes).Thus Max Hardcore (Paul Little) is being prosecuted under 18 United States Code Sec. 1465, a provision that was passed decades ago, banning interstate transporting of obscene materials. So any U.S. Attorney can, virtually at will, investigate & steer a grand jury into an indictment of just about anything the least bit pornographic. I would imagine Max was picked as there is a better chance of a jury's convicting after seeing his oeuvre.IIRC Seymore Butts pled out when he was hit, but that was a state action; the feds are better-heeled. Mr. Little may not be offered that choice. We shall have to wait & see. BTW--Jim Powers (JM Productions) has also been charged, case pending I think.
