That's because you're seeing the country from a privileged, spoilt and selfish perspective. I'm sure there are many South American, African, Baltic, Arabian, Chinese and Malaysian individuals, who see there families impaled on stakes, beheaded, tortured by government officials, kidnapped by drug lords, or just plain starving to death etc etc, would think the UK is paradise.
Btw, the trains are pretty good these days. In China you may have to stand up for 14 hours just to get to work/beg in the nearest city, and in other nations, share your carriage with robbers, goats, sheep and their excrement.
Ps, have you seen American, French, Spanish and Italian drivers? Britain probably has the safest roads in the world, and if we stopped giving free medical treatment to immigrants & foreign visitors (who purposely fly here for free treatment) then the NHS waiting lists would cease to be much of an issue.
I bet 90% of the worlds population think you're being an idiot that's ignorant about how they live there lives as a day to day struggle for basic survival.

If you don't know - then nothing anyone says will have any effect on you.

Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! The man has a right to express his opinions even if you don't agree with them - that freedom of speech being something I'm sure you'd boast about.

There are some shocking things going on in this country and there are some fucking wonderful perks. But the fact remains, with the science, organisation and wealth we have - it SHOULD BE a fucking utopia and that is what frustrates me.
We should be free of illness, with zero red tape or crime - walking along streets paved with gold - quite literally.
There is no excuse why this country isn't more advanced in terms of quality of living and potential for growth. Well, there's a reason as opposed to an excuse - there is a whole section of greedy bastards that take out more than they put in. I'm not talking about the people any of you rub shoulders with in the chip shop - I'm talking about men and women higher up in society that make rules and set procedures - and take a profit for doing so. The people we vote for never have our best interests at heart and until we find a breed of neo-politician that is immune to corruption and greed - we'll all be stuck voting with no real choice.
