He's hardly likely to change now.And he sure as hell ain't going to get any better.......or quicker.

Millsy was a good, solid defender during his time at Charlton.
Unfortunately Leeds doubled his wages overnight and he couldn't get out the door quick enough, the judas!

Im a Boro fan and Jimmy will be a great signing for Charlton. Always gave it his best and played like he cared, unlike some including Charlie Dimmocks twin and Mark ( ill take six months of now the world cups over ) Viduka.
Jimmy will still score goals if you give him the service.
