Now this looks a cracker, until I read the reviews in yesterdays papers. It is described as pornographic (in the violent sense) and warns punters to steer clear. Anyone seen it yet and is it as bad as they warn you or is it going to be a cult classic?

Ah yes the Daily Mail Book Burning Nazi's !adolf!
Unfortunately The Mail's Entertainment Editor Katie Hampson's grammar and punctuation is somewhat more bollocks than the review itself.
Go see it and make your own mind up.

Re: Hostel - New Film
saw the trailer, that scared me enough - wanna go see it more now
we are Leeds.... , and we can still beat the mighty Chester
Re: Hostel - New Film
I read it - wasn't so much of a review as more of a rant really about 'personal taste'. The stupid bint probably hasn't even seen it and is going on what 'bloke down the pub' said, so it must be true.
At the end of the day watch it and make your own mind up. The Daily Mail !adolf! don't own your mind

The trailer does look pretty horrific so myself and my friends are waiting until the cinemas are a little less full because full grown men cringing like children isn't really something I want a lot of witnesses for, and thats taking into account I've got a strong stomach. Looks harsh though doesn't it....the "toe-removing" with the clippers. eek.

Re: Hostel - New Film
I will wait untill it comes out on Sky, I hate going to the cinema, last time I went was full of ass holes with mobile phones texting eachother. As for the Daily Mail I would buy it but its not very absorbant, it tends to smear.

shame......such a shame.... i think i kind of lost myself again.....

I agree, Blair Witch Project was neither scarey nor Original, It copied of an earlier film, The Last Broadcast, which was a better film.

Lets hope its not one of these "more hype then bite" films. You know the type the press releases and rumour mill have you believing that grown men were fainting/throwing up/crying yet it turns out that Bambi is more scary! I too believed the hype about the Blair Witch and I found it a pile of shite! Still it gets us to part with our money and get bums on seats in the cinema....
