It's Catty goofing around, pretending to be a "Hood Ornament" as the Americans would say. I left it in as it shows off her Catty ass quite nicely.
The car belongs to a chap I know, it's awesome. The Jaguar E-Type is a truly magnificent car, even Enzo Ferrari descibed it as "Beautiful" and he should know!!

One of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen in my life was an immaculately restored E-Type roadster in a powder blue paint job with a navy blue hood and sumptious cream leather interior. It was breathtakingly beautiful.
When I think of things that make me proud to be British the E-Type is well up there, it is truly magnificent.
