Thanks for that, I have wanted to know who that was for years now.

This is quite amazing really, as having seen a few pictures of Ms Hawkins elsewhere now (at least I am assuming it is the same person) I have to say that Ms West certainly managed to bring out the best in her, as she looks a lot better in the KW shoot than she does elsewhere.
