How common are fake certs?

Dodgy ground on this forum i'm afraid as we would like to think that nobody could sink that far into the gutter to do this to a fellow performer.

You would be amazed at some of the 'big' name performers who have faked their tests!
They know who they are and know that's why I won't use them anymore, but go around telling people they won't work for me because I don't pay enough!
Maybe this site should start to name and shame them!

One model confessed here but has since removed the confession. There are other posts on that forum regarding faked certs, a much better place to discuss this than on a fan based forum.

But I agree with it.

If it was me I wouldve posted under my usual profile name. They are right though, its not something to be discussed on a fan based forum and nor should we expect the mods to get drawn into such a debate and the legal culpability of naming and shaming.

We've looked into this and as the UKAP mod has said, the alleged person has confessed and retracted their post (How odd?)

Its a fire hot topic as far as Im concerned and its raging on our own forum where many say they wouldnt come and we like it like that.

I wouldn't personally be allowed on UKAP. But if anyone wants an informed professional opinion on the legal ramifications of any given scenario, then please feel free to email me off-forum.

You are quite right. UKAP doesnt have to be the only place to discuss it.

Feel free to discuss it then. A fresh take on this would be very helpful.

May i just add that it may be something we have heard already on the December 2008 meeting with the three participating clinics, a lawyer and a health and safety official which is available as an audio stream document of the meeting on Porn School.

Unless you have heard it we are just merely going back over old ground.
