no pic adultlive tv, help?

When i try to access the hardcore live show, it will not load up, instead i get a white screen.
Then my inernet will shut down citing problems that it wants to 'tell' microsoft... can anybody explain this and how i can possibly fix this problem?

Could it be you need to update the flash plugin?

Recently old version of flash with IE was making browser crash.

i watched last night ..but i got no sound...after the live broadcast the sound returned and all was back to normal ,,but that's no use..i left a post for keni and i am waiting on him replying...it seems you are not alone....i had to log in 3 times to get access..

This most certainly has to do with Silverlight.

I have the same problem when having tried to watch ITV.com (they use Silverlight)--a white screen.

The difference is that if you uninstall Silverlight, then you can watch ITV.com with an alternative flash.

AdultLive do not have an alternative--you must use Silverlight, or none at all.

There is another thread on this forum which details complaints by people (me included) that cannot receive sound on live stream.

I can receive the live stream vision ok, but not the sound.

When I play the recorded highlights of the show (free to view), it works perfectly--including the sound.

From what I have been told, it is a problem with Silverlight and not the show.
I think that maybe Adult Live should have an alternative like ITV do.
That's a really good idea!
Maybe I will ask them if they can do that!

Hi Man from Cuba and everyone else,

The problems with Silverlight are being address by the web team as we speak. The initial decision that this format was to be used is being reviewed and I can confirm that the suggestion to switch or at least offer a flash player version as well as, has put forward by a number of people including myself.

ADLTV are doing everything that they can to satisfy everyone and there is a majority of viewers who are enjoying the full benefits from the show. Of course though, the viewers who are not getting the sound need to be looked after too. Please bear with them, as mentioned all the video and audio on the scenes within the ADLTV catalogue are playing perfectly and even though not ideal, the only thing that I can say is please wait out.

The Silverlight people have suggested some troubleshooting solutions which you can read HERE.

From my knowledge I have found people needed to accept Silverlight in their Norton settings if they have that and a firewall.

Hopefully that may help and rest assured I will keep you updated on the website review on stream player and other options.
