I think Natasha looks fantastic.

Women get breast enhancements for a variety of reasons, some want to look curvier, some feel insecure about their bust sizes whilst others untake the procedure for work reasons.

Every woman who goes for a consultation will be informed that it's not a one-off but a procedure which will need to be undertaken every 8 to 10 years as the packs harden over time.

One friend of mine went from being a very shy retiring to very outgoing simply by adding 2 cup sizes.

So don't assume any women gets enhancements just so we can look at them - it's more complex than that.
