Well I just seen the site is now running, any one joined?
Seem like there are load and loads of vids
Couple of my photo's on there too... (just a couple LOL! - D.T. stuff who I shot shite load for, so there may be shite loads - who knows??? And the BlueBird stuff I shot maybe there too? - a shameless plug for more work lol!)
It looks pretty fecking good though!

Looking good, but would be nice to see scene length and full movie length shown. I'm not purchasing a scene for a fiver or a full movie for ?25 when I don't know how long things are.

I really don't like the site. Piss poor navigation! There are galleries but it is so difficult to find them. But good quality. Can't see them making any money at those prices! Get real!

Anybody purchased anything? Does anybody know what resolution and file format the downloads are?

As above the site navigation is horrible. Almost every page loads that same trailer up with sound, so that if you click to see a scene preview, you now have 2 clips playing, both with sound. I tried turning it off, but every time you navigate to a new page you get the same deal.........im not sure anybody but the site designer actually tested it, because it would have been one of the first things spotted and corrected by anybody doing a trial run.

Agree with the point on navigation - some serious usability issues. A shame when they gone to town on the movie and graphics quality...

There are some free galeries with various amount of pics in each.
ie Motorbirds.. is one
dunno if there are any other galeries though past the member section..

If they made one change they have to put a nav drop down on every page cos you have to go back to the home page to go to another section

You might not get one. Their email server is configured as s01.bluebird.com, which is a server which doesnt exist. So a lot of email servers will simply drop the message with the error code "Sender domain must exist" as a typical anti spam measure

Ok i give up. I signed up my 3rd account (the other 2 email addresses i used didnt get emails). Hit the link in the email, click on a clip to buy and clicked checkout.

On the screen at the bottom of the checkout page where you enter the creditcard details is the message "test".....LOL. Anyways tried both of my credit cards which are both working perfectly (i have since got a clip from digicreationsxxx using the same card) and both failed.

If anybody from bluebird cares.

1. Fix the RDNS on your mail server.
2. Fix the horrible layout on your site, you have some great content but its too difficult to navigate too.
3. Fix the flash video playing all the time on every page change, its annoying as hell.
4. Fix the creditcard billing, its not working and remove test messages etc.
5. Make the preview clips bigger, you can definetely just increase the heigh/width without re-encoding and they look fine.
6. Correct the issue whereby if an email account has signedup (but not activated) that somebody can re-recieve the activation email, ive had to use 3 email addresses just to become a member.
7. Let me know what file format/resolution/bitrate my download will be, even whilst on the credit card details page, im still in the dark.

And MOST important

8. Give me an option whereby you DO NOT keep my credit card details, the whole horrible setup of the website, is in such a state, thats there is no way on earth i wish to trust you with such details, as the server host/web manager clearly isnt competant enough to handle them.


I wish you get things sorted, you seem to have tons of great quality content , but let down completely by the current website
