I'd be very surprised if that were the case. Dirty Des isn't someone who has any sentimental feelings about his businesses - and if he thought TVX was going to shut down, he would have sold it off along with the porn mags a while back.

Crap it may be, I'd suggest that TVX is here for here for the foreseeable future.

God I hope that's true!. I wrote in another thread a few weeks ago about how I was just waiting for my contract period to end so that I could cancel my subscription. I also listed the channels in the TVX package and the uttter shite they broadcast. None of the UK based channels should remain in business. If they were in any other sector they would surely have ceased to trade long ago. At the very least they would have been challenged many times in court for breach of trading standards laws by making repeated misleading claims about programme content and strength.
