britishporn.org site problem

Hi all

I am trying to purchase DVDs from britishporn.org but while I progress through the order shipping and payment details fine, each time I get to the "process order" button (or whatever) I get a "please wait while we process your order" message (or similar) but the page just sits there and doesn't atempt to process. I've tried clicking refresh but it just immediately reloads and again no processing takes place.

I'm assuming it's my browser - I'm on a Mac that has IE5.1 and Mozilla. Anyone know how I can get around this?

Hi,

This is the first time I have come across this problem but then again I have little experience with Macs.

The only thing I can suggest is that you might try lowering your security settings in Internet Explorer or in any independent security/firewall software you have. It could be that your computer is blocking all cookies, and our shopping cart (like many others) needs you to accept cookies for it to work.

To amend security in IE, go to Tools-Internet Options-Security-Custom Level. Any setting higher than Medium will give you a problem with certain shopping sites.

It is definitely not a problem at our end as we have had the same amount of orders placed this week as any other work, and nobody else has reported any problem.
