Producers - what normal punters want to see...

The box cover genuinely representing the film

I've written too much on this subject before so I won't bore everyone again with my opinions. Suffice it to say I think its not so much what you do but the way that you do it that counts most for me. I like all those elements if done right but it's the "done right" that is key - it could have all of them and be crap or none of them (or include some of the things you don't want) and be erotic as anything.

The private stuff does nothing for me( I most certainly wouldn't say it was rubbish, it just doesn't do it for me).

I am now dissapointed 95% of the time when watching something new because they are just not done right. Imho it is sacreligious when in a scene you have 1 or more girls in underwear(knickers) then the scene jumps forward and they are naked. The editor should be castrated for this(probably is).

Re-invent glamour, tease and erotisism. Shoot it correctly i.e girls obviously enjoying themselves, acting horny, trying to turn on the viewer etc.

Soft or hardcore it doesn't matter as long as it is done correctly. There is some good stuff available but nowhere near as much as you suggest.

Exactly - the shallower producers seem to think you come up with something more erotic or "new" simply by coming up with more explicit and extreme content whearas it's use of imagination that makes for eroticism and creativity that makes for real innovation.
